Exclusively Pure Hair’s Layaway Terms and Conditions

• Exclusively Pure Hair Layaway contract is eight (8) weeks

• Service fee on Exclusively Pure Hair Layaway contracts is $15 dollars

• Cancellation fee on Exclusively Pure Hair Layaway is $50 dollars

• Must pay required down payment of 20% to begin Exclusively Pure Hair Layaway

• You may continue to make payments as necessary to fulfill the Exclusively Pure Hair Layaway contract. However, these payments must be equal to or greater than $25 dollars.

• You will be given a layaway deadline date. If balance is not received in full by stated deadline date, your order will be canceled (not exceptions) and refunded less the $50-dollar cancellation fee and $15 service fee.

 

Exclusively Pure Hair Layaway Policy

•  You can only pay on your Exclusively Pure Hair Layaway on-line using these acceptable payment methods: Paypal/Visa/Mastercard/AMEX.

• Exclusively Pure Hair Layaway orders will be processed and shipped after final payment is received. Standard shipping applies unless a wig is a part of your order; then please allow 10-14 business days for processing and shipping.

• Only one Exclusively Pure Hair Layaway contract per person is permitted at a time. You may create a new contract once the initial contract is completed or canceled.

• Partial take-outs are not permitted.

• Person initiating Exclusively Pure Hair Layaway must be the same person finalizing contract. No transferring responsibility or benefit of contract to others allowed.
